Blackheath 1st XI won the toss and decided to bowl first. Evergreen Clive "The Menace" ENNIS being the difference with a superb spell of 4 for 19 off 12.2 overs. J PHILLIPS made 49 for WITLEY and C HUNT batting at number 10 made a very good 41no making the tail wag from 120 for 9 to 164 all out.

Blackheath's top order batted well and comfortably knocked off the runs with only 4 wickets down. John "JJ" JENKINS top scored with a lovely 52no, Tim SEEBOLD made 36 before being given LBW whilst Pete MELHUISH and Adam HALL were looking good before getting out for 27 & 23 respectively. Young Harry GILES (15no) finished the job along with JENKINS taking Blackheath back into 2nd spot in the league.
